These Terms of Service govern your use of the BARRELY website and purchases made through our online store.

BARRELY operates this website using Shopify and other third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or remove any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Lebanese law.

4. ORDERS

Orders are subject to product availability, successful payment where payment is required in advance, and the information displayed through our checkout.

If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because a product is unavailable, payment has failed, or an obvious technical or system error has occurred, we may contact you to resolve the issue or, where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, cancel the affected order.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that is cancelled and a refund is legally or otherwise due, the relevant amount will be returned using an available refund method.

Shipping charges and other charges collected by BARRELY will be shown where applicable before the order is completed.

Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms removes a consumer right that applies mandatorily under Lebanese law.

Lebanese law may provide consumers purchasing remotely with a right to withdraw from certain purchases within a legally specified period, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, customized, or otherwise fall within a legal exception may not qualify for the same withdrawal rights.
